my friends locked my tablet by randomly entering wrong password, after two delays, i can finally enter my correct password, but the system said i cant log in

Based on what you described, it sounds like Windows' built-in lockout protection may still be active — after too many wrong attempts, it temporarily blocks all sign-ins for a period, even with the correct password.

A couple of things to try first:

• On the lock screen, tap Sign-in options and try switching to your PIN instead of password (or vice versa) — whichever your friends weren't using.
• If that's not available, try keeping the tablet powered on for up to 2 hours and the lockout should lift automatically. Don't restart or shut it down — that may reset the timer.
