I have passed the AI-900 exam (Registration: 529665374). Pearson VUE confirmed that I have two certification profiles with the same details. Because of this, my certificate is not showing up. Please help me merge my profiles into my primary account (<Mod remove PII> @gmail.com). My MCID is MS1100164055

Merging of duplicate Microsoft Learn/Certification profiles and fixing missing certifications cannot be performed through this forum. Profile merges and certification record corrections must be handled by Microsoft Credentials/Certification Support.

    To proceed:

    1. Verify the correct Learn profile
      • Sign in to your Learn profile using the login you want as primary (the Gmail account).
      • Confirm this is the profile where you want all certifications to appear.
    2. Request a profile merge via official support
      • Go to Microsoft Credentials Support: Microsoft Credentials Support.
      • Open a support request for missing certifications / duplicate profiles.
      • Provide in the support form:
        • Full name
        • Primary email (the Gmail address to keep)
        • Any secondary emails/accounts that might have been used to register or take exams
        • Exam AI-900 details (including registration ID and date, as available)
        • Old identifiers such as MCID (MS1100164055)
      • Explain that Pearson VUE confirmed two certification profiles and that the AI-900 result is attached to the wrong one.
    3. If you have multiple Learn profiles
      • Once support confirms the correct accounts, they may guide through a Learn profile merge. When Learn profiles are merged:
        • All learning progress and certification data from both profiles are combined into a single profile.
        • Sign-in with all associated login accounts remains possible.
        • Merging is permanent and cannot be undone.
    4. After support completes the fix
      • Sign back into your primary Learn profile with the Gmail account.
      • Go to Credentials → Certifications to confirm that AI-900 appears and download the certificate.

If the certification still does not appear after following support guidance, continue working with Microsoft Credentials Support, as only they can correct backend certification mappings and complete merges.
