Not able to Find Certificate of GH-300 - GitHub Copilot Exam under my Certifications

Question

I had given GH-300 - GitHub Copilot - exam on ‎Saturday, March 14, 2026‎ at 05:45 PM India Standard Time‎‎ using PearsonView Online and at the end it has shown me that I had Passed that exam. Here are my candidature details

Its already Monday 16th March and I Cannot see the Certificate/Badge from Microsoft uploaded on my account on https://learn.microsoft.com/. Can you please check what is the Issue and let me know when I will be getting the Certificate/Badge for the exam. I need it very urgently as a proof that I have completed my GitHub Copilot certification. Kindly get back to me at the earliest with the Issue resolution and the timeline when I will be getting the GH-300 - GitHub Copilot Certificate from Microsoft. Thanks, Vikram Suresh Karne.

For the GH-300 GitHub Copilot exam, the certificate and badge are not delivered through the legacy Certification Dashboard and are not downloadable as a traditional Microsoft Certification PDF.

1. Where the GH-300 certification appears
   • GH-300 is a GitHub Copilot certification that is maintained by GitHub, even though the exam is provided by Microsoft.
   • Certifications are now surfaced under the Learn profile, not the old Certification Dashboard.
   • To view the credential, sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used for the exam and go to:

2. Downloading/printing the certificate
   • The Certification Dashboard no longer exists.
   • Certificates can no longer be downloaded as a pre-generated file; instead, they must be viewed, printed, and then saved as PDF from the browser print dialog.

   • Confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used (same login that was associated with the Pearson VUE registration and exam).

   • If it is still not visible, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the exam result, account mapping, and issuance of the GH-300 certificate/badge.

Because GH-300 is a GitHub certification maintained by GitHub, general Microsoft exam discount vouchers and some Microsoft-only certificate flows do not apply to it, so direct support via the credentials support channel is required when the badge/certificate does not appear.
