Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

However, I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support immediately, as they can possibly "Suspend" the account permanently once they have confirmed that the account can no longer be recovered in order to prevent the hacker from using it:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Microsoft 365 sign-in problem" > Click "Get Help" > Scroll down and select the option "Sign in to contact Support" > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Account Profile Questions > Confirm > then select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

When Microsoft has already declined the recovery request for a hacked consumer Microsoft account where the primary email and security info were changed, there is no additional technical method to regain access beyond the official automated process.

Follow these steps, based on the official guidance and similar resolved cases:

    1. Use the official hacked-account recovery flow again
    2. If the automated recovery keeps failing
      • The Microsoft Account Recovery form (ACSR) and the hacked-account flow are the only supported ways to prove ownership for consumer accounts.
      • If the attacker has fully replaced the security info and the form repeatedly fails, support agents cannot override the system or manually restore access for security reasons, as confirmed in similar cases.
      • In that situation, the Microsoft account itself is effectively not recoverable.
    3. Next steps for Minecraft and purchases
    4. Prevent further damage and protect other accounts
      • Assume the device or credentials used for that account may be compromised; keep antivirus protection enabled and updated.
      • Change passwords on any other services where the same password or email was used.
      • Inform contacts (from another email or channel) that the old Microsoft email is compromised so they can ignore suspicious messages.

If the automated recovery system has definitively rejected the request and the security info is controlled by the attacker, there is no additional Microsoft process to force recovery of that specific Microsoft account; focus on Minecraft Support for game access and on securing all other accounts and devices.
