From previous 2 days I am not able to run any app or built in software in my galaxy book 4 after the new update , I am fully stressed as I have important college project to do in it . What should I do ?
This issue is severely affecting my productivity. I am a college student with an urgent academic project due, and I am currently unable to use my device for any work.
I kindly request immediate assistance to diagnose and resolve this issue. Specifically, I would like guidance on:
- Whether this is a known issue with the recent update
- How to safely roll back the update if necessary
- Any fix or patch that can restore normal application functionality without data loss

I tried command prompt but I'm not able to use it as administrator.
This is happening with the February security update with me. Tried downloading the March update but to no avail.
Please help me in solving this. Any idea when will Microsoft fix this?

Microsoft is aware of the issue and they mentioned that they're working on a solution.

- Force Your PC into Recovery Mode: "Since you cannot log in, you need to trigger the built-in recovery menu manually" Turn on your computer > As soon as you see the Windows or manufacturer logo, hold down the power button until the PC shuts off > Repeat this 2 more times (3 times total)
- From the Login Screen: hold the Shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power icon > Restart OR Boot to SafeMode and uninstall it.
(If "Uninstall Updates" fails or is missing, try System Restore from that same Advanced options menu)
