Microsoft Rewards Account Suspended – Request for Review

Good afternoon. My name is Nikhitha Ram. I recently noticed that my Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. I saw the message mentioning possible violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement, but I am not sure what specific activity caused the suspension.

I only use my account for normal participation in the Rewards program and was not aware of any violation. Sometimes I access my account from a shared laptop at home, which might use the same network as other users.

I kindly request you to review my account and let me know the exact reason for the suspension. If there was any misunderstanding or issue, I would appreciate guidance on how I can resolve it and restore my account.

Since you were informed of the possible violations, the only way to have this case reviewed is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support, as they are the only ones capable of investigating it:

It may take a while for them to reply, at least weeks or a month, due to the high volume of support requests they receive daily. Please check your email inbox, junk and spam folders from time to time.

Lastly, submitting multiple tickets is not recommended, as this may reset your position in the queue and delay a response from the Support.
