Hello,

My exam was originally scheduled on 26th December using a voucher that was set to expire on 31st December.

On the exam day, the exam could not start due to a technical issue. I contacted Pearson VUE support, and they cancelled the exam and restored the voucher.

However, when I attempted to reschedule the exam, no slots were available before 31st December, which was the voucher’s expiration date. As a result, the voucher expired before I could book a new exam slot.

Since the cancellation was due to a technical issue and the voucher could not be used despite my attempts to reschedule, I kindly request your assistance in reinstating or extending the voucher validity so that I can schedule my exam.
