How to transfer certification and learning progress from my professional account to my personal account?

Question

I have created an account using my professional email, and on this account I have registered my learning progress and the certifications. I want to transfer this information to my personal account registered with my gmail, in order to safeguard all learning and training info, progress and certification.

I have transfered all my data on the "Definitions" tab, but this is json file with all that information, I don't know how I can import this data to my personal account.

Transferring Microsoft Learn certifications and learning progress between accounts is done by connecting the accounts in the Learn profile, not by exporting/importing JSON.

To move data from a professional (work/school) account to a personal account:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the profile that currently holds the certifications and learning progress (professional account).
2. Go to profile Settings (select the profile icon in the top-right corner → Settings).
3. Under Account Management, select Add login account.
4. Sign in with the personal Microsoft account that should receive and retain the data.
5. If that personal login is associated with a different Learn profile, this will trigger a profile merge:
   • All learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from both profiles are merged into a single profile.
   • All login accounts from both profiles can still be used to sign in.
   • Merging cannot be undone.
