Exams are not certifications. The AB-100 exam is only part of the requirements for the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert certification. You must also hold one of the prerequisite certifications https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/agentic-ai-business-solutions-architect

The qualifying certifications must be active.

From your screenshot, your relevant certifications have expired and thus no longer qualify for the expert level certification

AB-100 appearing on the transcript but not under Certifications usually means one of the following:

    1. The credential hasn’t been fully issued yet
      • Exam results can take up to 24 hours to appear correctly in the Certifications area of the Learn profile, even if the transcript already shows the exam result.
      • If AB-100 was passed very recently, wait at least 24 hours and then check the Credentials → Certifications tab again.
    2. The exam does not automatically grant a certification or additional requirements are needed
      • Some certifications require multiple exams. Confirm that AB-100 is the only requirement for the specific certification being targeted by checking the certification’s details page under How to earn the certification.
    3. Profile or account mismatch
      • Ensure sign-in is with the same Microsoft account used when registering and taking AB-100.
      • If there are multiple Learn profiles (work/school and personal), sign out and try each account to see where the certification appears.
    4. Known behavior: transcript vs. certifications view
      • The Transcript tab shows all successfully completed exams and modules.
      • The Certifications tab only shows issued certifications. Passing an exam alone will not show under Certifications unless it is tied to a certification and all requirements are met.

If AB-100 was passed more than 24 hours ago, is the only requirement for the related certification, and the correct Learn account is being used, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can correct the record on the backend.

    Steps:

    1. Verify AB-100 and any related certification on the exam/certification details pages.
    2. Confirm sign-in to the correct Learn profile.
    3. Check Profile → Credentials → Certifications and Profile → Transcript.
    4. If still missing from Certifications, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support.
