    Hello,

There is no Office Professional Plus 2024 edition. Microsoft only offers Office LTSC 2024 editions for organizations.

May I please know if you purchased the product key from a third-party retailer?

Please note that Office LTSC 2024 uses volume license keys that are activated through an organization’s servers. Microsoft provides these keys in bulk to large organizations, and some keys may be distributed illegally and sold by unauthorized sellers. According to the Microsoft Software License Terms, Professional Plus licenses are intended only for business users and not for home users. Using Professional Plus for home use is against Microsoft’s terms and conditions.

You can uninstall the existing Office applications from your computer and then claim the Office Home 2024 product for your personal use in your Microsoft account.

Then, install and activate it on your PC.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

May I please know the name of the Office edition you have a license for?

If you haven't claimed the Office 2024 license that came with your PC:

    1. Open the Microsoft Store app.
    2. Select Library.
    3. Click the Included with device section.
    4. Locate your Office 2024 license and click Claim.

After you claim it, the product will be registered to your Microsoft account and should appear on the Services & subscriptions page:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If you are still having trouble claiming the Office product that came with your laptop, check your Office documentation or contact the seller for instructions on how to claim it.

If you already have an Office license and it's not showing under your Microsoft account on the Services & subscriptions page, it might be linked to a different Microsoft account.
