To change an existing AZ-104 exam appointment from an online (home/OnVUE) session to an in-person test center, the appointment must be rescheduled through the same channel used to book it.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Microsoft Certification dashboard: https://www.microsoft.com/learning/dashboard (sign in with the same Microsoft account used to schedule the exam).
2. Locate the AZ-104 exam appointment listed with the date and time shown in the details.
3. Choose the option to Reschedule the exam.
4. When redirected to Pearson VUE, change the delivery option:
   • Select In person at a test center instead of the online/OnVUE option.
5. Select the preferred exam language and accept the Pearson VUE and Microsoft Certification terms.
6. Choose a nearby test center based on the available locations.
7. Pick a new date and time that works at that test center.
8. Confirm the updated appointment details and complete the checkout flow. If a voucher or payment was already applied, it will be reused according to Pearson VUE’s rules.

If the reschedule option is not visible, or if any error occurs while changing from online to test center, contact Pearson VUE support directly for assistance with modifying the delivery method and location.

Note: Reschedule and cancellation fees are waived if changes are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, per the temporary policy.
