Unable to purchase Minecraft, need help

I have tried to purchase Minecraft on both the official Microsoft store and Minecraft's website. I get the same error message every time. It tells me that my card details are incorrect (despite the fact that all of the details are completely correct), and after trying for a number of times it tells me to try another way to pay.

3. If the company only has one name, for example, "Contoso," enter the company name in both the first and last name fields.
4. If you are asked to enter the address and it exceeds the Address 1 field, use the Address 2 field. Do not shorten or abbreviate your address.
5. The card number and type cannot be edited, so if you make a mistake, you'll need to add a new one with the correct information. Other credit card information can be edited, such as billing address and expiration date.

1. Verify card details and status
   • Ensure the name, billing address, and CVV entered match exactly what is on the card and on file with the bank.
   • Confirm the card is active and not blocked by contacting the bank or card issuer.
   • Make sure the card is enabled for online and international transactions, depending on your country/region.
2. Check card type and regional support
   • Some cards are not accepted depending on country/region. If the card is repeatedly declined, contact the bank to confirm it is allowed for Microsoft/Minecraft purchases.
