How to fix my windows failing to update giving me this error (0x800703fa)

I tried every tutorial on the internet, tried with ChatGPT Pro as well, still doesn't work, i reinstall windows twice... can please someone help me ? ( Forgot to mention i still have Windows 10, i can't upgrade because it tells me i have I7 7700K and Its not supported for Windows 11, but I enroll to still get the support for Windows 10 )
