Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear Tracy McGowa,
Thank you for the additional information.
To help clarify what may have happened and guide you toward the appropriate resolution, could you please assist with a few details regarding the purchase?
Purchase process
- Could you please describe how the Project subscription was purchased?
- Were you signed in at the time?
- If so, did it indicate a work account or a personal account during the purchase?
Sign-in experience
- You mentioned that the previous password is no longer accepted. Just to confirm, were you able to successfully sign in with this email and password prior to the tenant migration?
Subscription details
- Do you happen to know which Project plan was purchased (for example, Project Plan 1, Plan 3, etc.)?
Admin center verification
- As your organization is now using a Microsoft tenant, it may be helpful to check whether the subscription is associated with your work account:
- Please ask your admin to go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing >Your products
- Verify if any Project subscription appears there. In some cases, the subscription may have been created under a work account without being immediately apparent.
Providing these details will enable me to offer the most accurate next steps and, if necessary, route your request to the appropriate team for further assistance. Looking forward to your response so I can assist you further!
