Microsoft support must be contacted directly to review and clean up multiple accounts, verify which subscriptions are active, and stop any duplicate or unused billing. Community forums and this service cannot access or change accounts, cancel subscriptions, or arrange outbound calls.

To get help with multiple accounts and billing:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page:
    2. When prompted:
      • Sign in with one of the Microsoft accounts in question.
      • Choose the product area (for example, Microsoft 365 & Office, or Account & billing).
      • Choose a billing‑related category such as “Manage my subscription” or “Billing and Payment updates.”
    3. Select a support option:
      • Use Chat with a support agent in your web browser or Call me back if offered, and provide a phone number so support can contact directly.
    4. With the agent, request that they:
      • Identify all active subscriptions on each of the Microsoft accounts.
      • Cancel any subscriptions that are duplicated or no longer used (see also the steps and conditions in Unable to cancel your Microsoft subscription).
      • Confirm which account should remain as the primary account going forward.

If any charge looks incorrect or duplicated, also review the refund guidance and, if needed, request a refund where eligible using the billing support flows described in the referenced articles.

If access to one of the accounts is lost (password or sign‑in issues), use the Help with a work or school account password or other account‑recovery options linked from the Microsoft account help pages before contacting billing support.
