Issue with Copilot in Outlook

I am experiencing an issue with Copilot in Outlook. When I use Copilot to generate a reply, the AI successfully creates the response. However, when I click “Keep it” to insert the generated reply into the email, the entire message disappears instead of being added to the reply.

This happens consistently and prevents me from using the Copilot reply feature properly.

Could you please advise how to fix this issue?
