Different programs with Microsoft

I purchased Microsoft 365 Office Home 2024 in Aug of 2025 with my new Computer for $149.99.

Now I also have Microsoft 365 Family purchased in Mar of 2026 at $129.99. Do I have to pay twice a year for Microsoft programs , are they the same. What do I really have. How often and how much will I have to pay per year for Microsoft.

• Includes 1 TB of cloud storage per user and ongoing feature updates and AI-powered features like Copilot.
• The $129.99 amount is likely the yearly subscription price and will renew every year unless canceled.

What is being paid for now

• The Office Home 2024 payment in August 2025 is a one-time cost already paid; there is no ongoing yearly fee for that product.

To add to the above, you will need to double check on your end if you will need to keep the Microsoft 365 Family subscription as you already have Office 2024 or the other option is that you can also downgrade the subscription as or if needed and you can also see the link below as a reference.
