    Hi, good day!

When was the last time it worked properly?

Please try to download both x86 and x64 of the latest Java using the link below.

    x86 - https://javadl.oracle.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=248240_ce59cff5c23f4e2eaf4e778a117d4c5b

    x64 - https://javadl.oracle.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=248240_ce59cff5c23f4e2eaf4e778a117d4c5b

Note: If you are asked to uninstall a previous version, uninstall it.

After that, download Minecraft legacy from the link below:

Follow these steps on Windows 10 to fix Minecraft not opening or reinstalling from Microsoft Store:

    1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache
      1. Press Windows key + R.
      2. Type wsreset.exe and select OK.
      3. A blank Command Prompt window opens; after ~10 seconds it closes and Microsoft Store opens automatically.
      4. Try installing Minecraft again from Microsoft Store.
    2. Restart the PC after updates
      1. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.
      2. Install any available updates.
      3. Restart the PC, then try to install Minecraft again.
    3. Check reasons the app might not install or appear If Minecraft still does not show an Install button or will not install, check:
      1. Country/region: Minecraft might not be available in the current region.
      2. Family settings: If using a child account, Microsoft family settings may block the game. Sign in with the correct account and review family restrictions.
      3. Availability: If the specific Minecraft app version was removed from Microsoft Store, it may not be installable there and may need to be downloaded from the publisher’s site instead.
      4. Compatibility: The device must meet Minecraft’s requirements. Microsoft Store hides or blocks the purchase/install button if the device is incompatible.
      5. Recent update without restart: If Windows was recently updated, restart is required before installing apps from Microsoft Store.
      6. PC not authorized: Sign in to Microsoft Store with a Microsoft account and ensure the device is added to that account. See Add a device to your Microsoft account in the linked article.
    4. If Microsoft Store apps in general are failing
      1. Make sure Microsoft Store itself opens and works after the wsreset.exe step.
      2. If other Store apps also fail to install or open, follow the Windows 10 app troubleshooting steps:
        • Close and reopen the app.
        • Ensure Windows is fully updated.
        • Update Microsoft Store via Microsoft Store > See more > Downloads and updates > Get updates.
        • If needed, repair or reset apps via Settings > Apps > Apps & features.

After these steps, try installing Minecraft again from Microsoft Store (or from the official Minecraft launcher download if the Store version is unavailable in the region).
