    Dear @Ortiz, Christian Omar,

Thank you for sharing this issue.

Based on the screenshot and description you provided, it appears that Microsoft Teams is currently unable to display your LinkedIn profile due to LinkedIn visibility or privacy settings that may be preventing Microsoft applications from accessing your profile information.

To help resolve this issue, you may consider reviewing the following settings in your LinkedIn account:

1/ Verify your LinkedIn visibility settings:

Please navigate to LinkedIn > Settings & Privacy

    User's image

Visibility > Profile discovery and visibility off LinkedIn

Ensure that the relevant option is enabled. This allows your LinkedIn profile to be viewed through Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Teams.

2/ Review the Digital Markets Act (DMA) privacy setting:

Go to Settings & Privacy > Data privacy and review the Digital Markets Act (DMA) privacy setting. Please ensure that the setting allows Microsoft applications to access your LinkedIn profile information.

For additional guidance, you may refer to the following LinkedIn documentation: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a6215608

Alternatively, you may click the “Check setting” button displayed in the message within Teams, which should direct you to the relevant LinkedIn settings page.
