Since last Thursday when I sign into outlook I have received prompts that the password is incorrect and the last time this happened was last nite. I reset my password and it allowed me into my xbox and this morning trying to check my email it did not work. I have tried every recovery option and all have failed, can't even get a password reset code. I have got odes to recovery and i do not remember any info on the latest emails I sent. I have called all customer service numbers but the AI says to got to a site that I went to and it failed to help me recover my account. I am not happy and cannot talk to a tech rep.I need help ASAP.

    Welcome Mark Rubeck,

I understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to sign in to your Outlook account due to repeated password and recovery failures, even after resetting the password and trying available recovery options.

For faster and more specialized assistance, I kindly recommend reaching out to Live Chat Support. Support agents are available to help you troubleshoot the issue in real time and provide more in‑depth guidance.  Please follow the steps below to connect with Live Chat Support.

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support contact page: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the search bar provided on the page, type "Recovery account" and press Enter.
    3. Click on the "Get Help" button that appears.
    4. Scroll down the page until you see and click on the "Contact Support" option.
    5. When prompted to select your product or service, choose "Other Products".
    6. For the category, choose "Manage account security".
    7. Look for and click on "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
    8. When prompted, provide a valid contact email where Microsoft can reach you regarding your case.
    9. Explain your situation clearly: Be concise but provide all the relevant details.

    Thank you for your understanding.
