Hello,

I'm trying to create an Identity Validation request in Azure Portal, but the request fails, and it says "Please provide additional document(s) dated within the past 12 months to verify your organization. Examples of verification documents are as follows:", but there are no documents listed, and no upload form.

Reading other users having the same issue as me, let me give some more details regarding the situation.

  1. I have the "Artifact Signing Identity Verifier" role. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to create the Identity Validation request in the first place.
  2. I haven't uploaded any documents yet. There is no form where to do so, and there is no information regarding which documents are requested.
  3. I have tried using a different browser which I haven't used for signing into the Azure Portal before, and it still looks the same: The request failed, the error asks me to provide additional documents, but there is no information regarding which documents are required, and there is no form to upload anything.

Please let me know if you need any further information.

Best regards,

Gustav Andersson

I believe the problem was that the primary and secondary e-mail I used in my Identity Validation request was a gmail address and not from my domain.
