I subscribed to Microsoft 365 Premium for students on March 12, 2026.

The subscription includes LinkedIn Premium Career for 12 months, but I

haven't received the activation email yet. I've checked spam/junk folders.

My account: ******@gmail.com

Subscription status: Active until March 11, 2027

How can I activate LinkedIn Premium or get the activation email resent?

The LinkedIn Premium activation email for Microsoft 365 student offers can be delayed or missed, and this is typically handled as an account/subscription support issue rather than something that can be triggered manually by the user.

Based on similar promotional issues, take these steps:

    1. Confirm the Microsoft 365 subscription status
      • Go to the Microsoft account Services/Subscriptions page and verify that the Microsoft 365 student subscription is shown as Active with the correct expiry date.
      • If it does not show as active, resolve that first (renew/reactivate as needed) and then wait for the promotional email window again if the offer terms require it.
    2. Check email from a different device or client
      • In a similar case, the promotional email was visible only when checking the mailbox from a desktop browser, not from a mobile mail app.
      • Sign in to the email account associated with the subscription (the Gmail address used for the offer) using a desktop browser and check Inbox, Promotions, Updates, and Junk/Spam folders again.
    3. Verify that the correct email account is being checked
      • Ensure that the mailbox being checked is the same one used for the Microsoft 365 student subscription and for verifying student status.
    4. If the email still cannot be found, contact Microsoft support
      • Because promotional LinkedIn Premium codes/emails are not user-resendable, support must check eligibility and reissue or correct the promotion on the account.
      • Use the general Microsoft account and subscription help entry point to reach support: go to Account & Billing Help and follow the flow for subscription and offer issues.
    5. If Outlook.com is used instead of Gmail for the subscription
      • Use the in-product Help in Outlook.com (Help → enter the issue → Still need help? → Yes) to contact support and reference the missing LinkedIn Premium student promotion.

    Support will be able to:

    • Confirm that the Microsoft 365 student subscription is correctly provisioned.
    • Check whether the LinkedIn Premium promotion was generated for the account.
    • Re-send or otherwise provide the activation path if the account is eligible.
