REceiving Phishing email from Azure Monitor.

Received an email from Azure Monitor with scam invoice for paymemnt of $459.90 and would like to forward to Abuse @ microsoft.com, looking for Scam ? Abuse/ Phishing email address?

I have been getting these daily since 3/11.

I have no Azure subscriptions.

They look legit. All of the URLs seem to go to Azure. I this a bug?
