First, I’d like to understand your setup.
- Are you using Outlook with a Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com email, or is it a POP/IMAP account from another provider (like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)?
- Also, on the new computer, have you already added the email account to Outlook?
- Are the emails showing in Outlook web if you sign in at https://outlook.live.com/mail?
- On the old computer, is Outlook using POP, IMAP, or Exchange? (File > Account Settings > Account Settings)
