So, what happened to me was that my old account got deleted because apparently "security info was deleted". So, I thought that making a new account with the same email address would bring back my old account. It didn't and I wouldn't even mind that, but I paid $30 for Minecraft on that account and now I don't have Minecraft anymore. Please help me. I can give you the order number if you need it to check.

My Minecraft username is <PII removed> by the way. I even checked it on the Minecraft name checker. For the first few days it showed up, but then after a few days it says the name is available. I just want my old account back, or honestly if you can't I would just like a refund, because I am not going to pay another $30 for a game that I already paid for.

Also in the Xbox app it shows my old account and on microsoft store it shows me that I did in fact buy minecraft but tells me that "something went wrong". I also attached screenshots.

Based on your description, it is likely that the account has experienced a security breach. If the hacker changed the log in alias, registering another account with the email won't help. Since the entitlement is with the profile, not the email address.
