how do I add a device to my 365 family plan ?? I want to add 365 to an Iphone and an Ipad.

To add an iPhone and iPad to a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, install the Microsoft 365 apps on each device and sign in with an account that is part of the Family plan. There is no separate “device add” step; devices are associated automatically when signing in.

Follow these steps for each device (iPhone and iPad):

1. On the device, open the App Store.
2. Install the apps desired, for example:
   • Outlook (for email, calendar, contacts)
   • Microsoft 365 Copilot app (which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote setup)
   • OneDrive, Skype for Business (if needed)
3. Open each app and sign in using the Microsoft account that has the Microsoft 365 Family subscription, or a family member account that the subscription has been shared with.
4. Once signed in, the device is effectively “added” to the subscription and can use the Microsoft 365 features allowed by the plan.

For Outlook email on iPhone:

1. Go to the App Store, search for Outlook, and install it.
