    Dear @CynthiaDuvall-4286

If you are seeing an error message during login (such as an "Account does not exist" or a "Permissions" error), it is often due to a conflict between personal and business credentials or a lost admin access. To resolve this immediately, please try the following steps:

Option 1: Guide for IT Administrators

    • Use an Incognito/Private Window: Open your browser in private mode and go to admin.microsoft.com. This ensures that no saved passwords from personal accounts interfere with your business login.
    • The "onmicrosoft.com" Identity: Ensure you are signing in with your admin username, which usually looks like [******@yourbusiness.onmicrosoft.com] rather than your personal email.
    • If you are the only admin and are locked out due to a forgotten password or MFA issue, you must call Microsoft support. They are the only ones authorized to verify your identity and restore access for cancellation.
    • Find your local support number: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Cancellation Steps: Once logged in, follow this official guide: Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn

Option 2: Guide for End Users

If you are a user within an organization and do not have access to the Admin Center:

    • Contact Internal IT: Only a person with Global Admin or Billing Admin privileges can cancel a business subscription. Please reach out to your company’s IT department or the person who set up the account to request the cancellation.
    • You can view your current assigned licenses at My Account, but please note that you cannot cancel the overall business billing from this portal.

If you are receiving a specific error code during your login attempt, please let me know so I can provide more technical troubleshooting.
