There is a known issue:
Users get errors 0x800CCC0E & 0x800CCC0F synchronizing Gmail and Yahoo accounts in classic Outlook
With a workaround.....

A few days ago, I suddenly lost access to my Yahoo email using classic Outlook on both of my Windows 11 PCs. The issue is that the email folder will not sync. After hours and hours of troubleshooting I was able to re-establish the Yahoo account in classic Outlook, but only so far in the set-up process as to successfully send the test email, which leads me to believe the IMAP settings and app-password are all correct. But when opening classic Outlook I still get the sync error in the Send/Receive process. I have no such issue with my outlook.com email account. My Yahoo email is accessible via the web browser, and my Outlook app on my iPhone. It seems highly probable the issue lies with MS / classic Outlook, and not with Yahoo.
One of the MS support threads indicated a similar issue, and suggested using new Outlook. I did that, and the Yahoo email folders all synced properly. However, this is a suboptimal solution as Classic Outlook's features are superior to new Outlook.
I need help to resolve this issue so I can regain access to my Yahoo email using Classic Outlook. Thank you.
Note: I posted a similar request earlier, but I got a message saying it was deleted due to the Code of Conduct. There was nothing in that post that violated the CoC. :(
