    Hi dsdfs,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

Please scan your system with multiple Antivirus applications.

You may follow these steps to get back a fresh Windows:

    1. Scan your system
      1. Do a fully system scan by Windows Security
      2. Do a fully system scan by Microsoft Safety Scanner
      3. Do a fully system scan by Malwarebytes
      4. Do a fully system scan by Norton Power Eraser

Disclaimer: Microsoft provides no assurances and/or warranties, implied or otherwise, and is not responsible for the information you receive from the third-party linked sites or any support related to technology.

    2. Clean install
Even if fully system scan can find and fix threats, you should do a Clean install as they may have made unrestorable changes to your system.
Please make sure that you have backed up all your data before performing a clean install.

Disclaimer: At this point, we have exhausted all troubleshooting and I recommend that we try to perform a clean install to get your computer back into a working condition. Please ensure that you backup any important data, including Documents, Pictures, Videos, and more.

I hope that above information is helpful to you.

Hi! You can repair using commands, or by using the option Fix problems without resetting your computer in Settings > System > Recovery.

However, this is not recommended. If your system has been infected by malware, you should format it! The repair only works with files; it does not eliminate malware. Even if you use antivirus software, remnants may remain, so it is recommended that you reset the device.

    1. Open Windows Settings by pressing the WINDOWS + I keys > Select "System" from the Side Menu > Click on the "Recovery" option.
    2. In Recovery, click on "Reset PC" > Keep my files > Download from the cloud > Wait for the procedure to be completed.
    • If an error occurs during the Windows download, choose the "Local Reinstall" option.

NOTE: This procedure may take some time depending on the computer specifications and number of files.

    1. After finishing, see if the problem has been resolved.
