I have taken microsoft copilot exam but didn't receive the certification yet! please suggest, I have taken this exam on 14th march,2026 and cannot find certificate under my profiles tab.

Exam and certification visibility depends on the type of Copilot-related credential and when the exam was taken.

1. Allow for normal result processing

• For most non-beta exams, results are available within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours for the certification to appear under the Certifications tab in the Microsoft Learn profile.
• If the exam was a beta exam, results can take 10–14 weeks after the beta period begins and about 10 days after the exam goes live to be released. During this period, no certificate will appear.

2. Confirm the credential requirements

• Use the certification or exam details page for the specific Copilot-related certification (for example, AB-900: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals, or the GitHub Copilot certification) to verify that the required exam(s) have been passed for that certification.

3. Verify the correct Microsoft Learn account Follow the standard missing-certification checks:

• Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile and open Credentials → Certifications.
• If multiple Microsoft accounts exist (personal vs. work/school), sign out and try each account that might have been used to register or sit the exam.
• Check the congratulations email for the passed exam; the profile link in that email indicates which Learn profile holds the credential. If the certification is not visible when following that link, it may be associated with a different profile.

4. Check if the exam was delivered via Certiport

• If the Copilot-related exam was taken through Certiport, those certifications do not appear in the Microsoft Learn profile. They must be managed and shared via the Certiport account instead.

5. If the certification is still missing If more than 24 hours have passed (for non-beta exams) and the credential is not visible under the correct profile, or if there is any doubt about the account mapping or delivery status:

• Contact Microsoft Credentials Support for missing certifications and profile issues using the official support channel listed in the context. This team can investigate exam delivery, account linkage, and missing certificates.
