    Hi @ajay studio

I’m sorry to hear that your OneDrive is locked and you're unable to access your data. To better understand the situation and assist you quickly, could you please provide a bit more information:

    1. What message do you see when trying to sign in to OneDrive? (For example: “Account locked,” “Suspended due to inactivity,” “We need to verify your identity,” etc.)
    2. If possible could you provide a screenshot of that message? (Feel free to hide any privacy information)
    3. Are you still able to sign in to the Microsoft 365 portal at Microsoft 365  using your user account ?
    4. Have you recently changed your password or received any security/verification emails from Microsoft?
    5. May I ask what subscription that was assigned to your account ?   You can check this by signing in here: My account    User's image

Thank you again for your time and understanding. While my initial response may not resolve the issue immediately, I’d like to gather more details about your situation so I can assist you more effectively.

I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response!

Follow these steps depending on what “locked” means for the OneDrive account.

    1. If the message says “Your account is currently unavailable” or the account is blocked:
      1. The account may be temporarily blocked because of unusual traffic, suspicious activity, or a Microsoft Services Agreement/code of conduct issue.
      2. Go to the Microsoft services account reset page: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=874120
      3. Sign in with the affected account and follow the on‑screen instructions to check status and reactivate.
      4. If the block happened right after verifying the account by SMS code or after sharing many files, the block is usually removed automatically within 24 hours.
    2. If the account itself (Microsoft account sign‑in) is locked and “Next” does not appear when signing in:
      1. This means the Microsoft account has been locked for suspicious activity or Terms of Use violations.
      2. On the lock screen, select the link that starts with aka.ms/ and follow the instructions to submit the account reinstatement form.
      3. After submitting, a Microsoft Online Safety agent reviews the request and contacts by email. Do not submit multiple forms, as that can slow the response.
    3. If OneDrive is frozen because storage is exceeded:
      1. When Microsoft storage is over quota, OneDrive becomes read‑only and may later be deleted.
      2. To unfreeze, sign in to the correct Microsoft account (there may be more than one, for example a Samsung‑linked account) and reduce storage usage or purchase additional storage.
      3. If another Microsoft account might be involved, try signing in with that account or use the account recovery page: https://account.live.com/username/recover
      4. If nothing is done, after 6 months of being frozen, OneDrive and all files in it may be deleted and cannot be recovered.
    4. If sign‑in to OneDrive fails or shows a gray icon with a line through it on Windows:
      1. Select the gray OneDrive icon.
      2. On the Set up OneDrive screen, enter the email address and password for the locked account.
      3. If the username or password is forgotten, use the Sign‑in helper: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2200933
      4. If this is a work/school account and sign‑in still fails, contact the organization’s IT admin to check if the account has been blocked.

If these steps do not restore access, contact Microsoft Support from another account and provide details of the lock message and that all data is in OneDrive for that user ID.
