how to pay a past due invoice

i've received notification of an unpaid invoice but I can't find it to pay it

Use the Microsoft 365 admin center to locate and pay the outstanding invoice.

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=2024339.
2. Depending on the view:
   • Simplified view: Select Subscriptions, then View invoices.
   • Dashboard view: Go to Billing > Bills & payments, then select the Invoices tab.
3. Look for invoices with status due or overdue. There should be a blue Pay now link for eligible invoices.
4. Select the invoice to open its details.
5. Select Pay now (for MCA billing accounts) or Pay your balance (for MOSA billing accounts with a declined payment method).
6. Choose Select a payment method, pick an existing card or add a new one, then follow the prompts to complete payment.
7. If using Pay your balance, after choosing or adding a payment method, select Review and pay balance, then Save.

If the invoice still cannot be found, check all admin accounts for the tenant and repeat the steps above, as only admins with billing permissions can see and pay invoices.
