I'm also getting this error, repaired game files already and still the issue persists.
The pop up comes on every few clicks through the menus. The game is not able to load any of my settings, configurations etc. as if it was never played/installed.FYI
I also reinstalled the game via XBOX app and changed network to be sure that it is not my network setup affecting it. Still the same

all seems fine now, back into my old saves

2026-04-06T14:40:24.9933333+00:00 Hi David. What Nvidia update? Graphics drivers? Maybe I should reinstall them. I use a pretty old gpu and don't have the GeForce Experience app on my PC. I update drivers periodically on my own.

Also updated the drivers for my Nvidia GPU and the error seems to have went away, at least for the loading screen and the main menu. Will post again if it comes up
