Exam result and certificate delivery depend on the exam type and status:

    1. If AI-900 was taken as a beta exam (for example, as part of a new or updated version in beta), results are not released immediately. For beta exams, results are typically available about two weeks after the exam exits beta, not two weeks after the exam date. Until the beta scoring process is complete, no pass/fail or certificate will appear.
    2. Once scoring is completed and if the exam is passed, the certification and badge appear under the Credentials → Certifications section of the Microsoft Learn profile associated with the exam account.

If more than a reasonable time has passed after the beta scoring window and there is still no result or certificate, the issue must be handled by the official certification support teams. Use one of these channels:

    1. Microsoft Credentials Support (for missing results/certificates, account issues, or achievements not showing):
      • Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
      • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the exam.
      • Click Continue and complete the required contact details, then Save.
      • Open https://aka.ms/credentialssupport again; it will auto-select Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
      • Fill in the support request form with exam details (exam code AI-900, date 14 March 2026, delivery provider, etc.) and submit.
    2. If Pearson VUE delivered the exam and confirms it was delivered successfully but no result/certificate appears, Microsoft still needs to resolve it on the credentials side. In that case, certification support remains the correct escalation path.

Support responses can take up to about 72 business hours after submitting a ticket.
