I’m looking for some help regarding my Microsoft AZ-104 exam result.

I took the exam more than 3 days ago but my certification is still not showing on my Microsoft Learn profile.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Contact Microsoft Credentials support https://aka.ms/credentialssupport and create a ticket https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/support/help#how-to-submit-a-support-request

If this is the support you contacted then you need to wait for them to reply

A short delay like this can happen, but three days is usually enough time for the result to appear, so this should be treated as an account/credential issue rather than “normal” processing time.

Based on the documented behavior and similar reported cases, take these steps:

    1. Verify the correct Learn profile
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
      • Open the profile menu (top-right) → ProfileCredentialsCertifications.
      • Confirm that the account used here is the same one used when registering for the AZ‑104 exam.
      • If there is any chance a different Microsoft account (work/school vs personal) was used, sign out and check other accounts as well. Multiple profiles are a common cause of “missing” certifications.
    2. Confirm the credential is actually missing
      • In CredentialsCertifications, check whether AZ‑104 or any related achievement appears.
      • If nothing is listed and Pearson VUE has already confirmed successful delivery, treat it as a missing credential issue.
    3. Use the dedicated Microsoft Credentials Support channel
      • Go to the Microsoft Credentials Support portal as described in the Q&A guidance: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport.
      • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the exam.
      • Complete the initial profile/contact details and save.
      • Open the same link again; it should auto-select Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
      • Submit a support request describing that:
        • AZ‑104 was passed more than 3 days ago.
        • Pearson VUE has confirmed the exam was delivered successfully.
        • The certification is not visible in the Learn profile.
      • Attach any relevant details (exam date/time, registration ID, Pearson VUE confirmation, and screenshots of your empty Certifications tab).
    4. If a previous ticket is stalled
      • If there is an existing ticket where only an initial reply was received, either:
        • Reply again on that thread asking for a status update, or
        • Open a new ticket via the Credentials Support portal, referencing the old ticket number and clearly stating that the issue is still unresolved.
    5. When to escalate
      • If the certification still does not appear and there is no response from Credentials Support after their normal response window (as noted in the Q&A, this can be up to ~72 business hours), open another ticket or follow up on the existing one. Community forums (like Microsoft Q&A) will generally redirect back to Credentials Support for this type of issue.

This situation is not unusual—missing or delayed certifications typically result from account/profile mismatches or a sync issue on the Microsoft side—and the official resolution path is through Microsoft Credentials Support.
