Could you please let me know if the issue occurs only with your AirPods or with other Bluetooth devices as well?

Also, please go to Device Manager > Bluetooth, open your Bluetooth adapter, and under the Power Management tab, uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.

Follow these steps on the Windows 11 laptop to reduce or stop the automatic Bluetooth disconnections with the AirPods:

    1. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
    2. Turn off Battery saver / Energy Saver
      • Select the Battery icon on the taskbar.
      • If Energy Saver (Battery saver) is turned on, turn it off, because it can interfere with Bluetooth connectivity.
    3. Disable power saving for the Bluetooth adapter
      • Select Start, type Device Manager, and open it.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right‑click the main Bluetooth adapter (for example, it may include “radio” in the name), then select Properties.
      • Go to the Power Management tab.
      • Clear Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
      • Select OK.
    4. Restart the Bluetooth service
      • Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, and select OK.
      • Scroll to Bluetooth Support Service.
      • Right‑click it and select Restart.
    5. Update Bluetooth drivers
      • Select Start, type Device Manager, and open it.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right‑click the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver.
      • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software and complete the wizard.
      • Restart Windows if prompted.
    6. Re‑pair the AirPods
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • If the AirPods are listed, select More options (… ) > Remove device.
      • Put the AirPods in pairing mode (open the case lid and hold the button until the light flashes white).
      • Select Add device in Bluetooth & devices, choose Bluetooth, and select the AirPods from the list.

If the issue continues after these steps, repeat the troubleshooter and driver update, and test with another Bluetooth device to confirm whether the problem is specific to the AirPods or to the laptop’s Bluetooth.
