    Dear @Spyros Koutroubanos,

Thank you very much for taking the time to describe the situation and for providing such detailed information.

Regarding the payment problem, issues at the subscription billing level can be related to several factors, such as the payment method itself, bank or card verification, recurring payment authorization, or VAT and billing information associated with the company. These types of issues are handled at the Microsoft billing backend and require direct investigation by Microsoft Billing Support, as they are the only team with access to the payment system and tax records.

Please note that this forum is a user‑to‑user support community, and moderators or community members do not have access to billing accounts, subscriptions, or payment details, nor can we intervene directly in payment processing.

If you are able to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, the recommended next step is to open a support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center, so that Microsoft Billing Support can review the subscription and payment attempts in detail.

You can raise support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center>Support>Help & Support.

For reference:  Get support | Microsoft Docs

If access to the Admin Center is not possible, you can also contact Microsoft Support directly by phone. You can find the appropriate phone number for your region using the following page: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Depending on your country or region, when you call the support number, you may hear an introduction of about 30 seconds such as "you can visit the link...". You can ignore this introduction and wait until you are presented with the options. Then press "1" as a business email user, and again "1" for technical help

Thank you for your understanding. I hope this guidance helps you reach the right support channel quickly so the issue can be resolved. Please feel free to update us if you need further clarification.

    Kind regards.
