microsoft store issue

my world of tanks blitz game account number 107<removed PII> will not open because microsoft will not open game with my email address they send codes that do nothing and resend codes that do nothing. And the money i've invested in this game that i can't play or OPEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Microsoft sends me to a different game that is not downloaded in my pc

I'M TIRED OF GIVING MONEY AWAY TO A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HELP IT'S PLAYERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GOING ON 5 OR 6 DAYS AND NO HELP FROM ( MICRO SOFT )

World of tanks blitz - this is a third-party game (not Microsoft). Microsoft only provides a marketplace (Microsoft Store) for distribution. And developers/publishers distribute and receive payment.
