    Hi @Haytham Embaby

Thank you for reaching out and clearly explaining what you’d like to do.

That said, please note that this is a user‑to‑user support forum. Moderators and contributors here (including external Microsoft employees) aren’t able to directly make changes in Microsoft systems or access backend portals on your behalf. For security and compliance reasons, actions like adding or removing users from the Volume Licensing (VL) portal need to be performed by an authorized administrator in your organization.

If you’re already signed in as a Volume Licensing Administrator, you can remove users from VL role assignments by following the steps in this official guide: Manage volume licensing user roles | Microsoft Learn

Note: Removing a user this way revokes their VL permissions across the assigned License IDs, but it does not delete their Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) account from your tenant. Once the permissions are revoked, the user will no longer appear in the Manage Assignments list. Please also keep in mind that changes can take up to 2 hours to fully take effect.

To add a new account and assign it the VL Administrator role, first ensure that the user exists in your tenant as an internal account (or is added appropriately, if external access is intended with limited scope). You can then assign the VL role by following the same guide above, which walks through adding and managing VL role assignments step by step: Manage volume licensing user roles | Microsoft Learn

If anything in the process is unclear, or you run into questions while following the guide, feel free to reply directly under this post. I’ll be happy to clarify or help you navigate the next steps.
