I can not receive emails

since 2 days i can t receive emails but at the same time i can sent emails.

and it doesn t matter which device i use or if i use the app or the browser always the same problem

    1. Did you check your Junk or SPAM folder to see if all incoming emails ended up there?
    2. Is the affected email address for a personal Microsoft account (e.g., ending in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @gmail.com that you created for services like Skype or Xbox) or a work/school account provided by an organization (e.g., ******@company.com)?

    What is the exact error message the sender receives when they try to email your account?

    Send a test email from another one of your accounts to the affected email address. Check whether you receive any bounce-back error messages. If you receive an error, please share the complete error message here.

    If the email is sent successfully, then please check your email forwarding rules and blocked senders list, and verify whether the messages have been routed to another folder, such as Junk or Spam.
