I cannot figure out how to switch Outlook from Work Offline to Online.

I am getting email in gmail, but none in Outlook for 36+ hours

Hello,

Open Outlook

Look at the top ribbon, click Send/Receive

Find Working Offline

If it's highlighted, click to turn it off

Then check the status bar at the bottom of the window; it should no longer show Working Offline.
