- What steps did you take just before the error appeared?
- Are you signed in with a personal Microsoft account or an Azure AD account?
- Have you tried an incognito/private-browsing window or a different browser?
- Did you clear your browser cache/cookies recently?
- If you open your browser’s developer tools (F12) and look at the Console or Network tab, do you see any failed requests or error messages?
- Does the error happen immediately or only after some time/student interaction?
- Is this repro-able on another device or network (e.g. home vs corporate)?
