Can you please share a few examples, all I need is their email domain, such as @business.com, so that I can check to see if it can be blocked due to SPF/DKIM/DMARC issue.

Some emails to my outlook.com email are being blocked for no apparent reason. The sender is not in blocked senders list and they do not appear in the junk folder.

I use to receive these emails but they were often in junk. Now I am not receiving them at all. The website said they are not blocking them. I do not know the email domain or address they are coming from to check and see if for some reason they are blocked.

This was often caused by overzealous security rules, specifically regarding new URL security protocols implemented around Feb 5, 2026, and a subsequent, broader issue in late February 2026.
What Happened (Feb 14 - March 17, 2026)
- Widespread Rejections: Many users, particularly on free or personal accounts, saw emails rejected, often returning a 550 error code, citing that the sender’s IP was on a block list or violated reputation rules.
- Faulty Security Rules: A URL security update on or around February 5 caused widespread email quarantines, with issues persisting into March.
- Rate Limiting: Microsoft acknowledged a "temporary rate-limit issue" that caused messages to be throttled or incorrectly blocked.
- Delayed Delivery: Some users experienced delays rather than complete blocks, where emails were initially rejected but might have been queued, or were caught in the Junk folder.
If Emails are Still Missing If messages from late February or early March are not in your Junk folder, they may have been permanently blocked. You may need to ask the senders to resend the emails, as they would have received a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) indicating the block.

However, their SPF record show that the following three services are allowed to send emails on behalf of their domain:
include:spf.protection.outlook.cominclude:_spf.spf.atomicdata.cominclude:8225174.spf07.hubspotemail.netIf their email to you wasn't sent from any of these three, Microsoft can reject their email completely. Have you received their email in the past? I am very curious to see if you might have another email address, such as gmail, can you receive their emails? If so, it would be very helpful to see the email header/source to see if their email might be sent from anything outside of these three services above.

2026-03-17T14:38:44.2+00:00 As for the ourfamilywizard.com, this one is 100% SPF failure issue. They didn't configure their SPF record, that's why their emails can be rejected. It means, anyone can pretend to be ourfamilywizard.com sending you emails, and without SPF record, receiving email server cannot tell if they are truly who they say they are.

2026-04-04T01:41:51.74+00:00 microsoft are totally responsible.... all down their incompetence and ZERO USER NOTICES they want us to go quietly mad. I transfered to gmail its not as good though I am sure Moicsoft have lost Millions of useres for the same reason.
