Gaining access to an old hotmail account

My TikTok is linked to an old hotmail email I can no longer access and apparently doesn't exist anymore, however when I try to create the email from scratch to try and get the verification codes for TikTok, it says username already taken. My correct email is [Removed PII]@outlook.com. How can I gain access to [Removed PII]@hotmail.com ?

I'm unable to verify my TikTok business page without the verification codes that are being sent to [Removed PII]@hotmail.com

May I please know when was the last time you were able to sign in with your @hotmail.com account successfully, which is associated with TikTok?

According to the Microsoft account activity policy, if you haven't signed in with your account for more than 2 years, your account will be put into an inactive state and will be closed.

Once the account is closed, it is deleted forever. You cannot create another Microsoft account with the same email address. Microsoft no longer allows deprecated email addresses to be recreated.

In this situation, I recommend getting in touch with TikTok Support to see if they offer any account recovery options that could help you regain access to your business account.
