Here are some steps that you can kindly try these steps:
Clear the Local State Cache:
- Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
- Type the following command exactly as shown and press Enter:
olk.exe --clearLocalState. - This will reset temporary cached data. Once complete, relaunch Outlook and attempt to sign in with your original account credentials.
If the Problem Persists, Reset the Olk Folder:
- Press the Windows key + R again to open the Run dialog box.
- Copy and paste
%LocalAppData%into the field and press Enter. This will open theLocal AppDatafolder in File Explorer. - Navigate to the "Microsoft" folder within it.
- Locate the "Olk" folder.
- Before making changes, create a backup by copying the entire "Olk" folder to a safe location, such as your Desktop or Documents folder.
- Delete the original "Olk" folder.
- Relaunch Outlook and try signing in again.
