Certificate for GH-300 - GitHub Copilot not ISSUED even after 4 days of Exam.

Question

I had given GH-300 - GitHub Copilot - exam on ‎Saturday, March 14, 2026‎ at 05:45 PM India Standard Time‎‎ using Pearson View Online. I am able to see the result in Pearson View website and its showing as Pass.

Its been more than 4 days since the exam and still I Cannot see the Certificate/Badge from Microsoft GitHub Copilot uploaded on my account on https://learn.microsoft.com/. Can you please check what is the Issue and let me know when I will be getting the Certificate/Badge for the exam. Kindly get back to me at the earliest with the Issue resolution and the timeline when I will be getting the GH-300 - GitHub Copilot Certificate from Microsoft. Thanks, Vikram

GH-300 is a GitHub Certification exam, and its certificates and badges are managed differently from Microsoft Certification exams.

For GH-300 specifically:

1. Certificates are no longer downloaded from the old Certification Dashboard. They are surfaced in the Credentials area of the Learn profile.
   • Go to the Credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
   • Check under the Certifications tab for the GH-300 – GitHub Copilot certification.
2. For GH-300, certificates are not provided as a direct file download. Instead, view the certificate in the browser and use the browser’s print function to print or save it as PDF, as described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate
3. If GH-300 still does not appear under Certifications even though Pearson VUE shows a “Pass,” this is an account/credentials sync issue that must be handled by Microsoft Credentials Support. Use the dedicated support channel so the team can check the candidate ID, registration ID, and exam delivery details:
   • Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
   • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to schedule and take GH-300.
   • Complete and submit a support request under Product Family: Learning → Service: Microsoft Credentials.

Support can verify whether the exam result has been associated with the correct Learn profile and ensure the GH-300 certification and badge are issued if all requirements are met.
