SC-100 is a Microsoft technical certification exam with a passing score of 700 on a 1–1000 scale. When a passing score is achieved, the certification and its certificate are managed and displayed through the Microsoft Learn / Credentials system, not by Pearson VUE directly.
Because the certificate is missing after a passed exam, this must be handled by the Microsoft Credentials Support team. Forum moderators consistently direct such issues (missing certificates, missing certifications after a passed exam, or old certificates that cannot be re-downloaded) to that dedicated support channel.
To get the SC-100 certificate delivered:
- Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile using the same personal Microsoft account that was used to register and take SC-100.
- Check the Certifications/credentials area to confirm whether SC-100 appears; if it does not, or if the certificate download is not available, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support.
- Use the credentials support entry point and submit a ticket describing that SC-100 was passed on 14 March 2026, the score was above 700, but the certificate is not available in the Learn profile.
- The Credentials Support team will investigate the exam record, account linkage, and certification status and can correct the profile or re-enable certificate access.
Pearson VUE can only confirm delivery of the exam result to Microsoft; issues with certificates, transcripts, or missing certifications are resolved exclusively by Microsoft Credentials Support.
