My issue is to complicated to explain here as your webpage is giving me fifteen different answers and directions that has gotten me to a point of possible health problems at my age. Surely there is a real live person somewhere on you property that i can speak with. I will pay them for help with my account!

To speak with a live Microsoft support agent about a personal Microsoft 365/Office and Windows account or billing issue, use one of these options:

    1. Use the Get Help app in Windows (personal Microsoft account)
      1. On the Windows PC, open Start and type Get Help, then open the Get Help app.
      2. In the text box, type a brief description such as “billing issue with Microsoft 365 subscription” or “account and billing help”.
      3. When suggested, select Contact support.
      4. Choose the affected product or service (for example, Microsoft 365 & Office or Windows).
      5. Follow the prompts, then select a contact method:
        • Chat with a support agent in your web browser (connects to a live person), or
        • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you.
    2. Use the Microsoft Support website (for billing/account issues)
      1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/.
      2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that has the subscription or billing issue.
      3. Type a short description such as “billing problem with Microsoft 365 for home” or “account and subscription help”, then select Get Help.
      4. Choose the relevant product (for example, Microsoft 365 & Office or Windows).
      5. Select a category like Manage my subscription or Billing and Payment updates and confirm.
      6. Choose one of the available options:
        • Chat with a support agent in your web browser, or
        • Call me back and enter a phone number so a support agent can call.
    3. If accessibility or health issues make this difficult

Availability of chat and call-back options can vary by time of day, region, product, and subscription, so if a contact option does not appear, try again later.
