- Chat with a support agent in your web browser (connects to a live person), or
- Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you.
- Use the Microsoft Support website (for billing/account issues)
- Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account that has the subscription or billing issue.
- Type a short description such as “billing problem with Microsoft 365 for home” or “account and subscription help”, then select Get Help.

- If accessibility or health issues make this difficult
- If there is a disability, accessibility need, or health-related difficulty using the website or apps, contact the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk for technical assistance: Microsoft Disability Answer Desk.

Availability of chat and call-back options can vary by time of day, region, product, and subscription, so if a contact option does not appear, try again later.
