Hello,
My personal Microsoft account’s To Do is still running on the old backend (to-do.live.com). The app shows version 2.129.5 and does not match the new To Do experience my work account uses.
Because of this, I am experiencing multiple issues:
- Tasks and lists do not delete reliably
- Tasks reappear after deletion
- Lists behave inconsistently
- Sync is unreliable
- Features available in the new To Do backend are missing
On the same device, my work Microsoft account works perfectly in the new To Do environment, so this appears to be an account-level backend issue, not a device issue.
Could you please migrate my personal Microsoft account to the new To Do backend or reset my To Do data on the server side?
