Contact Pearson Vue support https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact for issues when taking an exam

Rescheduling must be done through the official certification channels; exam sessions cannot be rescheduled from here.

To request a reschedule or resolution for an interrupted AZ-104 exam session:

    1. Sign in to the Learn profile that is linked to the certification account.
    2. Go to the Certification / Credentials area and open the Certifications section.
    3. Locate the AZ-104 exam appointment in the list and select Reschedule or Cancel. This will redirect to the exam delivery provider’s site to manage the appointment.
    4. If the exam does not appear, or if the reschedule option is not available because the session was interrupted by the proctor, open a support request:
      • Use Microsoft Certification Support / Learning as indicated in the Q&A threads for exam and certification issues.
      • Clearly include exam name (AZ-104), date/time, registration ID, and a description that the proctor closed the exam window during the attempt.
    5. If the exam was delivered by Pearson VUE and the appointment was effectively cancelled by them (for example, due to a proctor or system issue), Pearson VUE support can also assist with reinstating the exam or voucher, according to the guidance that cancelled appointments should be refunded or vouchers reinstated.

Note that Microsoft’s reschedule and cancellation policy requires changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid forfeiting the fee, but when the interruption is caused by the delivery provider or proctor, support channels (Microsoft Certification Support and Pearson VUE support) are the path to request an exception or a new appointment.
